Totally Cool!

We were finishing our walk and there he was all the way out of the water basking in the sunshine on the sand trap of the golf course behind our condo.  And wouldn't you guess, we didn't have our camera with us.  Richard ran home to get it.  I didn't go back, but I kidded with Richard that if he didn't return in an hour, I would send out a search party.  

 This picture made me so excited.  We generally take a billion pictures and maybe one looks ok.  Well, I told Richard....this one could be in National Geographic.  I love it!

 Totally cool!  The biggest caterpillar I have ever seen.  We put our name tag next to it so you could see the size in comparison.  I wonder what kind of butterfly it will become?
