Thanksgiving With The Missionaries

Preparations began three days before the big event......buying the food which takes a least four different grocery stores, borrowing tables and chairs from the branch, table set-up, preparing pies, rolls, jell-o salads....anything that can be done in advance.  Elder Goddard did lots of dishes.
 We wanted everyone to be able to sit together, so we moved around furniture and set up for 12 missionaries.
Menu included Lionhouse rolls, Great Harvest Pumpkin cake, blueberry jell-o salad, turkey, stuffing, potatoes and gravy, sweet potatoes, green bean casserole, pumpkin and banana cream pie.  

The missionaries love playing dominoes before and after dinner.
